    ECAS Academic Alert Form

    The Emory College Academic Alert Form provides instructors with a direct way to notify a student’s Emory College academic advisor when academic issues arise. Please use this form for issues such as missed classes, declining academic performance, lack of engagement, or difficulty reaching a student about academic matters.

    Academic advisors will review alerts and coordinate appropriate outreach and support. This form is separate from the Campus Life student of concern reporting process, which should be used for behavioral, emotional, mental health, safety, or basic needs concerns.
