    ECAS Academic Alert Form

    The Emory College Academic Alert Form should be used by all Emory College instructors to report academic issues such as missed classes, declining academic performance, or difficulty reaching a student about course-related or other academic matters. Emory College Academic Advisors will review alerts received through the form and coordinate appropriate outreach and support.
